Hi, I'm Minette -Capturing your precious moments
This is me with my children - my dreams come true. Captured by the incredible: Jackie Greenaway.
This is me, always behind the scenes. A warm presence capturing the magic as it naturally unfolds.
My love for photography began in my teenage years when I spent every penny of my babysitting money on film development. My parents affectionately called me the paparazzi because I was always chasing moments, eager to hold onto them just a little longer.
Over a decade ago, my journey as a professional photographer began, thanks to a dear friend who trusted me to capture her birth. She had already hired a professional, but I convinced her to take a chance on me—and that leap of faith changed everything. Witnessing birth opened my eyes in ways I never expected. There was no posing, no pretense—just raw, breathtaking reality. The depth of emotion and the unspoken connection were so powerful.
That’s when I realized—the beauty I saw in birth wasn’t confined to that moment. It’s everywhere, woven into every stage of life. It’s in the quiet moments of connection, the laughter, the love—the ones that remind us who we are and who we cherish most.
As a mother and teacher, I’m especially passionate about capturing families and children through all the different stages of their lives. Children bring so much authenticity, wonder, and magic to the world. To witness and capture them in their unfiltered joy and their tender, quiet moments is truly a gift.
It would be my greatest joy to capture these moments for you—so you can hold onto them, not just in memory, but in something tangible and timeless.
With warmth and gratitude,
~Minette
5 OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS:
SPENDING TIME WITH PEOPLE I LOVE
BEING AROUND CHILDREN
HIKING
DOCUMENTING FAMILIES
GARDENING
I’M ALL ABOUT:
Quality. It’s never about having more—it’s about having what’s truly meaningful. When something is chosen with care and intention, it holds deeper value and feels more fulfilling.
MY INSPIRATIONS:
My children, my friends, hikes with my dog Honey, meaningful work, and slow morning coffee dates with my love.
That’s what I’m here for. The real. The unfiltered. The heart-opening. The moments of true connection.
